Sara Oclassen

In addition to my appreciation of home and design, what I love most about my career in real estate is the connection with my clients and being part of a major life milestone. As a third-generation Boulder native, I am happy to share my experience of growing up and living in this beautiful place and service buyers and sellers throughout the region, specializing in Boulder's Aurora/Park East and Frasier Meadows neighborhoods.

 

Both my parents were born in Boulder and my grandmother was raised just outside of Lyons, Colorado, so my roots run deep. As a native Boulderite, I have many circles in town, including longtime friends of my family, my friends from elementary, junior, and high school, fellow CU alums, contacts through working at the Daily Camera, former clients from my days as a travel agency owner, parents I’ve met throughout my children’s school years and fellow tennis players on the recreational circuit. I’ve been a South Boulder resident for forty-plus years, but have friends all over the county and beyond.

 

I am enthusiastic and excited to assist my clients in buying or selling their homes. In fact, my clients would describe me as proactive, collaborative, and genuine. I work with their best interests at the forefront.
